Every piece leaves our atelier only when it meets our exacting standard. We make fewer chocolates than most — because we believe in making them better.
Our most celebrated creation
Twelve hand-rolled truffles in our signature ganache, dusted with rare Ecuadorian cocoa powder. Packaged in a keepsake matte-black box with a gold-sealed card. Available in 12 or 24 pieces.
Hand-painted with cocoa butter
Seasonal flavours — salted caramel, passion fruit, raspberry noir, and Earl Grey. Each piece individually painted.

Bean to Bar
We believe the finest chocolate begins long before it enters our atelier. Our head chocolatier, Luca Veit, sources cacao directly from three family farms — visiting each origin annually to ensure both quality and fair compensation for growers.
No emulsifiers. No artificial flavours. No shortcuts. Just pure cacao transformed through patient craft into something extraordinary.
The Atelier Process
We select only the top 5% of cacao harvests from our three partner farms, tasting each lot before purchase.
Small-batch roasting at precise temperatures unlock the unique tasting notes of each origin — never masked, always celebrated.
Hand-tempered chocolate gives every piece its characteristic snap, sheen, and melt. A skill mastered over years of practice.
Hand-painted with cocoa butter, dusted, enrobed, or dipped — each piece finished individually by our team of artisans.
