La Miette — French for "the crumb" — was born in 2015 from a small kitchen in Redmond and a big belief: that a beautifully made cake has the power to make any moment feel extraordinary.
Our head pâtissière, Isabelle, trained in Lyon before bringing her craft to the Pacific Northwest. Every cake we make uses locally sourced butter, seasonal fruits, and zero artificial flavourings.
